If you have moved or you are moving in the near future, please complete a new Residence Verification Form and submit it along with required supporting documentation as listed on the form to the LHS counseling office as soon as possible.

Students who have moved outside the LHS or Issaquah School District boundaries will be allowed to remain at LHS for the 2008/2009 school year if the appropriate paperwork is completed and students follow the very simple guidelines established for out-of-area students.
