Walk-a-thon for Books

The Liberty High School Walk-a-thon for Books will occur after school May 16 on the track. Its goal will be to raise money to improve the Librety High School Library, in particular, the area the Native American books currently occupie, between the windows to the left of the dictionaries. There will be pizza, burittos, and drinks. Sponsorship and permission forms are available in Ms. Greenburg's room, or online below.
IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND, YOU MUST HAVE A PERMISSION FORM AND A SPONSORSHIP FORM WITH AT LEAST ONE SPONSOR COMPLETED WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
Mission Statement
Through the Walk-a-thon for books, we plan to create a new international book cextion within our school library. It will include a variety of books from authors with various cultural beliefs, as well as books in different languages to benefit non-english speaking students.
Raffle Prizes

- 2 sets of five skate rentals at castle ice
- 2 $10 Kami Teryaki gift cards
GRAND PRIZE
The person who collects the most money will recieve a camping set, which includes:
- A tent
- Two sleeping bags
- A lantern
- A grill
- Two folding chairs
We have a goal of $5,000.
