BROCCOLI SALAD

 

2½ C chopped fresh broccoli

½ C raisins

¼ C sunflower seeds (unsalted)

2 T diced red onion

2 T bacon-flavor soy bits

2 T nonfat plain yogurt

2 T light mayonnaise

1½ T sugar or the equivalent in artificial sweetener

½ T vinegar

 

1.  Combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds,

       onion and soy bits.

 

2.  Mix remaining ingredients together and add to broccoli mixture.  Toss well to coat.

 

3.  Chill 2 hours or longer for flavors to blend.
