distance is typically from 4 ~ 8 miles on an out & back fairly
level trail. This run is for everyone, parents, dogs &
siblings included.
The Mountain plays a big part in Liberty XC, from Base training
& hill repeats at the beginning of the season to tapering &
peaking at the end. During the summer, this was brought
home by a memorable encounter as retold by Ahren Stroming.
